Planning Meetings

These meetings are held regularly in the back room of the Swan, usually in the late afternoon or early evening. Ideas for places to visit in London are always very welcome. Who will organise future visits is decided at these meetings: this could be an individual group member, a couple of members or a small group.

Visits to London

The convenor informs all members of the group of upcoming visits to London, and members are invited to say whether they would like to come. The organiser(s) of the visit contacts those members who want to come and lets them know the arrangements.

Those members who wish to come make their own arrangements to travel into London (which could be alone or with others), and everyone meets at the venue. Members pay any entrance fees on the day of the visit.
