The sessions are arranged by Corinne at each games meeting, asking members if they would like to host the next one, in which case they pick the time and decide how many people they can accommodate and which game they would like to play (once a month). Corinne will then inform all listed members of the next meeting, and it will be a 'first come first served' basis, with a reserve list in case anyone drops out.

Tea and coffee are provided by the host/ess.

Games (board games, table-top games) are supplied by the host/ess.
